Understanding of Cost
*
I understand that, once accepted into the tournament, this is a non-refundable fee. I agree to pay the player’s fees ($55.00 per person if at a preferred hotel, $65.00 per player if not at a preferred hotel), coach’s fees of $25.00 per coach and a $45 field maintenance fee by November 1st, 2015. The player and coach’s fees include a t-shirt, patch and medal for each paying participant.
